MV 360: The High-End Measuring Projector of Choice!

Today, we are delighted to present another highlight to you:
Vertical Measuring Projector MV 360 – a device covering a measuring range of 300 x 200 mm! We will be showcasing this flagship product at the forthcoming GrindTec trade fair, the specialist event for grinding technology that will take place as a “live” in-person event on the Messe Augsburg premises from 15 to 18 March 2022.
MV 360 combines two measuring options in one device: It provides distortion-free representation of the measurement object on the viewing screen, and the matrix camera integrated in the optical path delivers precise, user-independent measurement results so that all measurements are particularly accurate and reproducible. The measuring projector offers many further benefits, including a feature for quick adjustment of the measurement stage, a 360 mm projection screen in the crosshairs as well as LED incident and transmitted light.
SAPHIR smart or the M3 measuring software that comes with a multitouch panel PC complete the high-performance package. Thanks to its integration into the optical path, the matrix camera is able to work with each of the lenses installed on the triple nosepiece. In this way, measurement programmes can be created and saved to ensure that measurements will be performed at the same locations. This again increases measurement safety and enhances product quality. Each measurement is documented in a measurement report that can be saved within the network or to the digital readout. Export interfaces with an SPC system are also provided by default, thus enabling continuous process monitoring. Of course, the projector is customisable to suit your specific measurement needs because it comes with extensive accessory options – as you will see, Vertical Measuring Projector MV 360 is the epitome of flexibility!
