Shaft measurement 30% faster!
Schneider Messtechnik will be part of the GrindTec 2022, which will take place live and as a presence event at the Augsburg trade fair area from 15 to 18 March 2022.
At this event we will launch the revised shaft measuring machines of the WMM series. This extremely successful machine series is part of the 3D multi-sensor shaft category at Schneider Messtechnik, which carries out the complete shaft measurement in a 3D workspace with multi-sensors, quickly and precisely. In order to make a clear statement at the trade fair, we will install a WMM 1000 at our booth. A measuring length of 1000 mm and a maximum diameter of 200 mm, as well as being equipped with multi-sensor technology, shows that even large and heavy shafts do not scare us.
In the end, there is a time saving of up to 30% compared to previous shaft measurements and that represents a clear quantum leap. Thanks to ultra-fast measurement technology using triggered measured value recordings with a high-precision matrix camera, the significantly faster CNC rotary axis and the temperature-stable granite structure keeps the WMM series consistently on course. Numerous patents, such as the compensation of wobble, also ensures consistently precise measuring results and guarantee sustainably cost reduction.
The WMM series is highly flexible and can be adapted individually to your needs – economical, efficient and your measuring tasks are 100% completed.
